Two apartments that had been combined 10 years earlier were in need of "refreshing" -- this provided a golden opportunity to efficiently and cost effectively customize/modernize the space. Refinished floors in a lighter hue with sleek contemporary baseboards, new custom bookcases and cherry cabinetry, clean minimalist lighting throughout, new living room ensemble with patterned Tibetan rug as focal point...all told, for a modest budget the project achieved maximum results.
