Horizontal banding created by the exterior window mullions was articulated throughout the interior spaces for this luxury Chelsea residential building. Dark Newood teak paneling with metal reveals adorned the lobby walls, entry vestibule partitions with "peek-a-boo windows" were incorporated to frame the art contained within, linear "eye-level" mirrors on opposing walls in the washrooms furnished an infinity effect...all enhanced by lighting, fabrics, and finishes that communicated contemporary sophistication. In addition to FF&E selection [furniture, fixtures, and equipment], was responsible for construction administration, purchasing, and installation.
